Technical Business Development Manager

Day to Day of the role:
- Develop business opportunities within designated customer accounts.
- Serve as the technical liaison between the engineering teams and the customers.
- Gather customer insights and feedback to the business units from a technology perspective.
- Lead and execute robust product trial plans with customers, defining testing criteria and success measurements.
- Act as the first line of defense in situations related to technical issues or complaints.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Strong understanding of coatings and thermal interface materials applied on circuit boards.
- People management experience.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication, analytical, and statistical skills for problem-solving.
- Excellent presentation skills and outstanding customer relations abilities.
- Confidence in communication with senior management on the clients' end.
