With ambitious plans for 2026, we help them seeking an Account Manager to strengthen their dynamic sales team and manage their international client portfolio.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding promotional products, online shop, reporting, and marketing.
- Project Management: Coordinate with the sales support team to plan, implement, and deliver promotional products and merchandising items from concept to delivery.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with designers, purchasing, IT, suppliers, and other departments to ensure high-quality products and excellent service.
- Market Research: Monitor and analyze market developments and trends in the promotional products sector, proposing innovative products and solutions.
- Event Organisation: Manage trade fair appearances and roadshows for clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Degree in business administration or a comparable university degree preferred; or completed commercial training with experience in marketing or business administration.
- Solid experience in sales, ideally in the promotional products or marketing sector.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude with a hands-on mentality.
- Proficiency in standard office software.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% of the time; driver's license required.
