We are seeking a Country Sales Lead to join our Client's team, operating in the enterprise retail software sector. This role is ideal for a bright, confident, and outgoing individual with at least 10 years of tech sales experience. Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English are required. The successful candidate will be part of a highly skilled sales team, driving business growth across Germany.
Day to Day of the role:
- Strategise and lead in-market activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns, PR, and events.
- Forge and maintain relationships with the community of retailers, partners, and existing customers.
- Work with the Head of Sales to evolve sales materials, presentations, and market strategy.
- Assist with the prosecution of complex sales campaigns, including presentations and product demonstrations.
- Travel internationally for direct work with customer selection teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, winning business, and bid management.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness for expanding market presence.
- Experience in eCommerce or the retail technology sector is ideal.
- Professional demeanour with the confidence to engage with decision-makers.
