We are seeking a Country Sales Lead to join our Client's team, operating in the enterprise retail software sector. This role is ideal for a bright, confident, and outgoing individual with at least 10 years of tech sales experience. Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English are required. The successful candidate will be part of a highly skilled sales team, driving business growth across Germany.
Day to Day of the role:
Strategise and lead in-market activities to generate new business opportunities.
Generate leads and collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns, PR, and events.
Forge and maintain relationships with the community of retailers, partners, and existing customers.
Work with the Head of Sales to evolve sales materials, presentations, and market strategy.
Assist with the prosecution of complex sales campaigns, including presentations and product demonstrations.
Travel internationally for direct work with customer selection teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, winning business, and bid management.
Entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness for expanding market presence.
Experience in eCommerce or the retail technology sector is ideal.
Professional demeanour with the confidence to engage with decision-makers.
