We are excited to announce an opening for a Defence Sales Manager to join our Client's team in Germany. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with defence and sales experience to drive growth within the organisation. As a Defence Sales Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities in the defence market. This position offers the chance to further develop your sales career and play a significant role in the company’s success.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Manage and grow existing accounts, maximising potential for expansion and securing future business.
  • Proactively identify and engage with new customers to win their business.
  • Thoroughly inform all clients, both existing and prospective, about our comprehensive portfolio of products, including hardware, solutions, airtime, projects, parts, and services.
  • Provide exceptional sales support to specified customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Strengthen relationships with partners and suppliers to develop solutions that meet customer needs and benefit all parties.
  • Ensure smooth handling of sales orders and service issues, maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to obtain Ü2 Security Clearance.
  • Experience working with the German Armed Forces.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • Experience in an international company with a global business perspective.
