Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive sales growth in Austria (East) through multiple channels including end users, OEMs, VARs, distributors, and retail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in printing or hardware sales industries, a farming sales attitude, and a high level of independence. This role involves building and maintaining a network of colleagues, partners, and customers to share information and obtain leads, as well as demonstrating knowledge of our entire product line.
Day-to-day of the role
- Contact and visit existing and prospective customers to generate sales in Eastern Austria territory.
- Observe and participate in presenting products and/or services that can benefit customer’s needs.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the organization’s product line, with the ability to focus on a subset of products and/or services as needed.
- Utilize consultative selling skills to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate, tailored solutions.
- Manage time effectively, with 70% of work time spent at client locations and 30% working from home.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in the printing or hardware sales industries.
- Farming sales attitude with a focus on nurturing long-term customer relationships.
- High level of independence and self-motivation.
- Comfortable working with medium-sized businesses and understanding their unique needs.
