What will you be doing?

• Develop customized solutions for customers and implement them on-site
• Provide technical support to the customers and promote the sales of company's products
• Introduce new or optimized processes and products to the market and actively support them
• Lead projects and collaborate with the team on projects of other colleagues
• Work closely with the Sales-, R&D- and Marketing departments as well as with suppliers of equipment and process technology
• Oversee beta site tests of new products with our customers
• Create process instructions, specifications, reports, and presentations for internal and external purposes
• Conduct training sessions for the customer and employees

Who are You?

• Experience in project planning and execution
• Ideally familiar with statistical experiment design and analysis
• Must speak Lithuanian, with good English skills
• Proficient in common office applications
• Independent working style, strong communication skills, team spirit, and creativity
• Analytical and structured approach, flexibility, and resilience
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally 
• Ideally residing in Lithuania
