We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our client's Global Business Services (GBS) leadership team as Global Head of Source-to-Value Transformation.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end transformation of a global Source-to-Value (S2V) organization operating across 40+ countries. Combining strategy, operational excellence, digital innovation, and AI-enabled transformation, you will build a best-in-class function that delivers measurable business value.

Partnering with Executive Committee members and senior leaders across Procurement, Finance, Digital, Legal, and Supply Chain, you will help shape the future operating model while improving efficiency, compliance, user experience, cost performance, and working capital.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Transformation

  • Define and execute the global S2V transformation strategy aligned with business priorities
  • Evolve the Target Operating Model to support growth, efficiency, and value creation
  • Lead organizational and process transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes

Process Excellence

  • Simplify end-to-end S2V processes, including PR and PO management
  • Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement
  • Improve stakeholder experience, adoption, and compliance

AI & Digital Innovation

  • Lead the reinvention of S2V through AI and digital solutions
  • Partner with Technology teams to embed AI across procurement, contracting, accounts payable, and support functions
  • Scale use cases that improve productivity, quality, cycle times, and decision-making

Performance & Value Delivery

  • Drive performance across compliance, cycle times, spend visibility, and payment metrics
  • Deliver sustainable cost optimization and improved working capital outcomes
  • Establish governance, KPI & benchmarking frameworks

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead a global organization of 60+ professionals supported by outsourced delivery partners
  • Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Lead change management and organizational redesign where required
  • Act as a trusted advisor to exec. stakeholders and influence strategic decisions

BPO Leadership

  • Own strategic relationships with outsourcing partners
  • Ensure delivery excellence against agreed service levels
  • Optimize the balance between in-house and outsourced capabilities

What You Bring

  • 20+ years of leadership experience in Source-to-Pay, Procurement, Shared Services, or GBS environments
  • Proven success leading complex global transformation programs
  • Deep expertise across end-to-end S2V processes, technology platforms, and GBS operating models
  • Experience leading global, multicultural teams
  • Strong transformation, stakeholder, and change leadership capabilities
