About the Role

As a Sales Professional for New Customer Acquisition, you will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients across your exclusive sales territory. You’ll present innovative service solutions, negotiate contracts on-site, and support newly won clients during their first three months before handing them over to the account management team.

This is a field-based position that offers both independence and strong support from your colleagues.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and grow your exclusive sales territory across all client groups (SMEs, large enterprises, industrial clients)

  • Acquire new B2B customers, present tailored service solutions, and close contracts directly at the customer site

  • Support and develop new customers for the first three months, ensuring a smooth handover to account management

  • Build lasting client relationships and consistently drive revenue growth

 

What You Bring

  • Several years of B2B field sales experience (hunter mentality is a must)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Affinity with MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)

  • High level of commitment, motivation, and customer focus

  • Fluency in German (English skills are an advantage)
