Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technology, channel development, and consultative selling? We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth across South Eastern Europe, working with a focused portfolio of strategic partners and system integrators.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the territory by managing and expanding a portfolio of accounts, with full responsibility for achieving sales targets.
  • Build clear, strategic business plans for each account and set annual targets aligned with overall growth objectives.
  • Continuously monitor KPIs, ensuring progress toward revenue, pipeline, and partner development goals.
  • Increase the company’s share of wallet within assigned accounts through strong relationship management and value‑based solution selling.
  • Act as a project leader between partners, end customers, and internal teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and deals are successfully closed.
  • Analyse won and lost deals to understand performance drivers and improve future outcomes.
  • Conduct joint end‑customer visits with partners to support solution positioning and opportunity development.
  • Collaborate with partners on marketing activities, attracting new leads and building broader market awareness.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and promotional events across the region.

 

What You Bring

  • Extensive B2B channel sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Solid understanding of consultative sales methodology and solution‑led engagement.
  • Confident presenter, communicator, and negotiator, comfortable in front of partners and customers.
  • Demonstrated interest or understanding of networking, hardware, software, or integrated technology solutions.
  • Strong self‑drive, proactive approach, and ability to work independently with 50% travel across the region.
  • Natural relationship‑builder — extroverted, collaborative, and highly partner‑oriented.
