We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our client's Global Business Services (GBS) leadership team as Global Head of S2V Transformation.

This is a career-defining opportunity to lead the end-to-end transformation of a global Source-to-Value (S2V) organization operating in more than 40 countries. The role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, digital innovation, and AI-enabled transformation to create a best-in-class function delivering measurable business value.

You will lead a global organization of 60+ professionals, supported by a significant outsourced delivery network, while partnering with senior leaders across Procurement, Finance, Digital, Legal, and Supply Chain. You will help shape the future operating model and drive improvements in efficiency, cost, compliance, user experience, and working capital.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Transformation

  • Define and execute the global S2V transformation strategy aligned with business and GBS priorities
  • Drive the evolution of the Target Operating Model and Core Model
  • Lead organizational and process transformation delivering measurable business impact
  • Establish S2V as a benchmark for operational excellence, digitalization, and value creation

Process, Digital & AI

  • Simplify and redesign end-to-end S2V processes, particularly Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order processes
  • Drive global standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and enhanced user experience
  • Lead the adoption of AI and emerging technologies across procurement, contracting, accounts payable, and support functions

Performance & Working Capital

  • Drive performance across compliance, cycle times, spend visibility, and payment performance
  • Deliver sustainable cost optimization through effective operating models and resource allocation
  • Improve working capital through enhanced payables management and process discipline

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing global organization across multiple regions
  • Drive organizational redesign and change management where required
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and align priorities across GBS, Procurement, Finance, Digital, Legal, and Supply Chain

What You Bring

  • 20+ years of professional experience, including senior leadership roles in Source-to-Pay, Procurement, Shared Services, or GBS
  • Proven success leading complex, large-scale global transformation programs
  • Strong expertise across end-to-end Source-to-Value processes and technology platforms
  • Deep understanding of GBS operating models and cross-functional business operations
  • Experience leading global teams across multiple geographies and cultures
  • Strong strategic, program, change leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to combine strategic vision with operational execution and problem-solving
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to lead through ambiguity and organizational change
