As a Mechanical Service Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and installing essential equipment at major construction sites, supporting the build of large-scale projects across Europe. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a dynamic service team with a global footprint.
Your Role
As part of the Service Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

Mechanical fitting and assembly of low-voltage switchgear

Installation of equipment within modular pods

Using hand and power tools safely and effectively (spanners, rivet guns, de-burring tools, etc.)

Building plinths, fitting cables, copper and components in underfloor plinths

Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials and ducting channels
-
Assembling and fitting doors and panels
-
Monitoring project status and reporting progress

Directing contractors and other employees engaged in on-site works
What You Bring

Preferably an electrician with knowledge of LV switchgear (not essential – full training provided)

Comfortable with the full installation process through to testing, commissioning, and maintenance

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure

Certificates such as UKATA Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling Awareness, and a valid ESC Card are advantageous

Valid EU driving licence

Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
