On behalf of our client, we are looking for a high‑performing Senior B2B Sales Representative to drive growth within the FMCG and retail sectors and to lead and develop a growing team of Junior Sales Representatives.

This role is ideal for a strong B2B seller who enjoys closing key deals personally, while also taking responsibility for coaching and mentoring others. You will work closely with the B2B Director and play a key role in expanding brand presence, particularly within the Sport Nutrition segment.

 

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Lead & mentor junior sales team members, including regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and hands‑on support with complex negotiations
  • Personally manage and close strategic B2B opportunities within FMCG, covering both Modern and Traditional Trade
  • Own key retail relationships, leading negotiations with major chains and annual commercial agreements
  • Execute sales strategy by translating commercial goals into clear targets for the junior team
  • Monitor performance and margins using internal data tools to ensure GP, net margin, and EBITDA targets are met
  • Optimise sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and improving efficiency
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert in Sport Nutrition, supporting strong positioning and compelling customer pitches

  • Gross Profit growth through new acquisitions and portfolio expansion
  • Net Margin and EBITDA performance
  • Growth in listed SKUs within major retail accounts
  • Increased market penetration within Sport Nutrition

 

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in FMCG
  • 1–2 years of leadership or mentoring experience (formal or informal)
  • Strong knowledge of Modern Trade (e.g. Tesco, Lidl, Auchan) and listing processes
  • Background in Sport Nutrition, health, or wellness is a strong advantage
  • Native‑level Hungarian and professional English (B2/C1)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage margins and forecasts
  • A lead‑by‑example attitude – you’re a closer who enjoys seeing your team succeed
