The Opportunity

Our client is a publicly listed AI technology provider and a recognised leader in Generative AI, AI governance, multi‑agent orchestration, and enterprise AI advisory services. The company supports large enterprises and regulated industries in deploying AI securely, compliantly, and at scale, delivering measurable business outcomes.

To support continued European growth, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead new logo acquisition across multiple sectors in the DACH region.

This is a hunter role with high visibility, focused on winning strategic enterprise and upper‑Mittelstand customers and developing long‑term executive relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition across multiple industries in the DACH region
  • Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline using an existing senior executive network
  • Sell complex, high‑value AI and enterprise software solutions into large and regulated organisations
  • Manage end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles, including discovery, qualification, negotiation, and close
  • Leverage AI‑driven sales tools for pipeline generation, ICP definition, buyer personas, outreach, and deal acceleration
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to design tailored AI solutions
  • Engage at C‑level and senior leadership level (CEO, CFO, CIO, CTO, CDO, CAIO, CRO, Compliance & Risk leaders)
  • Co‑sell with systems integrators, consulting partners, and technology alliances
  • Exceed targets across SQLs, pipeline, and closed revenue
  • Represent the company at AI, technology, regulatory, and industry events 

 

Candidate Profile

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science
  • Strong understanding of AI, ML, data platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems
  • Multiple AI‑related certifications (technical, business, legal, ethical, security, or compliance)
  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience, including 5+ years in Europe
  • Proven experience closing complex enterprise software deals
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline
  • Track record of closing €1M+ enterprise AI or cloud deals
  • Established executive‑level network across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
