Are you an experienced Site Engineer/ Supervisor or Richtmeister looking for your next international challenge in industrial construction?
We’re recruiting for a globally active engineering company specializing in thermal process and cooling technology for cement plants. In this role, you’ll supervise on-site assembly, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety during installation. The projects are technically demanding and often located abroad, so flexibility and hands-on leadership are key. If you have experience in mechanical or plant construction and enjoy complex field work, this could be your next step.
~ You'll be responsible for the on-time, high-quality assembly of our systems worldwide.
~ You'll be the interface between the construction site and our technical office.
~ You'll solve technical issues independently.
~ You'll document construction site progress independently.
What you'll bring with you
- You have a technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering, and initial professional experience in plant engineering.
- You're a talented organizer and assertive, and resilient
- You have strong communication skills in German and English.
- You're willing to travel internationally. (about 5-6 month a year to different countries)
