Working closely with senior leaders across Procurement, Finance, Digital, Legal and Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in simplifying complex processes, improving performance, optimizing costs and enhancing working capital outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Transformation

  • Define and execute the global S2V transformation roadmap.
  • Evolve operating models to support growth, efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead high-impact transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

Process Excellence & User Experience

  • Simplify end-to-end S2V processes, with a strong focus on PR/PO management.
  • Improve user experience, process adoption and compliance.
  • Standardize processes globally while maintaining business flexibility.

AI & Digital Innovation

  • Leverage AI and automation to redesign S2V processes.
  • Partner with Digital teams to embed innovative solutions across procurement, contracting and payables.
  • Scale solutions that improve productivity, accuracy and cycle times.

Performance & Value Creation

  • Drive performance across key S2V metrics.
  • Deliver sustainable cost optimization and process efficiencies.
  • Improve working capital through stronger payables management and governance.
  • Champion continuous improvement through effective performance management.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead a global team of 60+ employees supported by outsourced delivery partners.
  • Build engagement, trust and high performance during periods of transformation.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and regions.
  • Lead through complexity, ambiguity and high-pressure environments.

BPO & Ecosystem Management

  • Manage strategic BPO relationships and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Optimize the balance between in-house and outsourced operations.

What You Bring

  • 20+ years of experience within Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Shared Services or GBS environments.
  • Proven success leading large-scale global transformation programmes.
  • Deep expertise across end-to-end S2V processes and supporting technologies.
  • Strong understanding of GBS operating models and cross-functional business operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
  • Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Resilience, adaptability and a strong track record of delivering results in complex environments.
